Foreigner, a 2009 Chestnut Hanoverian, is an offspring of legendary jumpers. He is sired by For Pleasure out of Aida Primera. His sire was a two time Olympic gold medalist, and his dam's pedigree contains many "greats" of the jumper and dressage ring. "Forte" as he is lovingly called around the barn is a perfect combination of his lineage. He's fast, easily excited, and never runs out of energy. Yet he has the graceful, loping appeal of a hunter hack horse. He isn't the tallest horse in the barn, but he makes up for it in muscle. Forte is big boned and muscular, with no lack of power behind every stride.

Forte always has his head hanging outside his stall door ready to say hi to anyone who passes. He's extremely friendly to people, dogs, horses, and even cats. Oddly he loves meeting other horses, even the stallions, and is known to not squeal or bite at those who pass by. It is hard to not to stop and give him a rub on the forehead, and he'll always reward you with a nudge back!

He is competing in 2018 with his rider Alex Stewart in Level 1 Jumpers.
